Bethesda Holy Church (BHC) was founded in 2004 by Bishop Albert Rugamba The Church is one of the Revival Churches established in Rwanda just a decade after the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi people. The society was deeply scarred by the trauma of the past. As a religious institution founded during this time of uncertainty and despair, BHC was created with a clear mission: to preach the Word of God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and promote sustainable socioeconomic development in Rwanda and beyond.
Vision
Bethesda Holy Church aims to empower its members and communities spiritually and socioeconomically through the Word of God (John 5:8).
Mission
Bethesda Holy Church is committed to preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations and facilitating sustainable socioeconomic development.
